- Administrative Assistant responsibility would be Managing Front office and Back office.
- Managing and scheduling the appointments for the Director and the Manager of the company.
- Maintaining office inventory and placing orders when needed.
- Managing all staff including housekeeping.
- Handling phone calls and respond to the inquires.
- Filing and Maintaining all the important documents of the company.
- Filing and Maintaining important documents of the employees.
- Finding leads by searching through online database.
- Scheduling & Taking interviews.
- Handling and Coordinating with the staff members.
- Will be performing Clerical duties like scanning, Mailing and Filing.
- Co-ordination with customers over the phone, email or in person.
- Will look after Petty Cash and manage bills accordingly.
- Taking care of the guests.
