  • Administrative Assistant responsibility would be Managing Front office and Back office.
  • Managing and scheduling the appointments for the Director and the Manager of the company. 
  • Maintaining office inventory and placing orders when needed.
  • Managing all staff including housekeeping.
  • Handling phone calls and respond to the inquires.
  • Filing and Maintaining all the important documents of the company.
  • Filing and Maintaining important documents of the employees.
  • Finding leads by searching through online database.
  • Scheduling & Taking interviews.
  • Handling and Coordinating with the staff members.
  • Will be performing Clerical duties like scanning, Mailing and Filing.
  • Co-ordination with customers over the phone, email or in person.
  • Will look after Petty Cash and manage bills accordingly.
  • Taking care of the guests.
